This site is a catalog for Hoppy Bird Designs. There's no shopping cart here. Printed patterns are sold in person for now. Items marked Coming soon are shown for interest. They aren't for sale yet.

Patterns, photographs, illustrations, logos, text, and the layout of this site belong to Hoppy Bird Designs or are used with permission. You may look at them here. Don't copy, share, resell, or sew from these files or photos except as a purchased pattern allows, or as fair use allows.

A printed pattern you bought is for your own sewing unless the pattern says otherwise. Wholesale rights exist only in writing from us.

If we send you a private download link, it's for you. Don't post it or pass the files around. We may shut a link down if it's abused.

We try to keep photos, sizing charts, and descriptions right. Fabric, printing, and screens all shift color. Finished measurements on the site are a guide. If a listing disagrees with a printed pattern you bought, the printed pattern wins.

Don't hammer the site, scrape it until it chokes, or use it to send spam. We may block traffic that looks like abuse.

Links to Instagram, shops, and OpenStreetMap are there so you can leave if you want. We aren't responsible for those sites.

The website is provided as-is. To the extent California law allows, Hoppy Bird Designs isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site. Nothing here takes away rights you can't waive, including as a consumer.

California law governs these terms, without conflict-of-law rules. If a court throws out one part, the rest still stands.

We may change these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
